How do I get my pictures on the Internet
to display with my listings? |

An FTP (file transfer protocol)
software program is included with the RealTime System. This program enables you to
upload your images to your Internet server from your computer. Once you've uploaded
the image, simply copy its Internet address and paste it into the RealTime listing form,
which will allow the image to be seen with the listing on your web site. Complete
instructions on this procedure are included in the RealTime System user's manual. |

Does RealTime replace
my current web site? |

No. The RealTime System is
designed to accompany your web site in a seamless format. This means that the
RealTime System designed for your business will look exactly like your web site and
viewers will be able to navigate easily. If you do not yet have a web site, iNET
image, Inc. can design one for you to work with the RealTime System. |

How long does it take
for a listing to show up on my web site? |

It only takes as long as the
time you need to fill out a simple form. Once you've completed the form, the listing
instantly appears on your web site. |

Can I update my
RealTime listings from work or home (more than one computer)? |

It will be easier if you manage
your web site from one computer. However, you can use more than one computer, as
long as you keep track of your FTP files on all computers used. |

Can I update and change
my whole web site with RealTime? |

No. The RealTime System is
a database management system designed to allow you to manage database information on your
web site. Static, or HTML, pages on your web site cannot be managed by the RealTime
System. |

Can I change or add
things to my listings after I’ve put them on my web site? |

Absolutely! The RealTime
System is equipped with an "edit" feature that allows you to change listings
currently appearing on your web site. |

Do I have to sign any
contracts or commit to a certain period of time? |

No. No contracts are
involved with the RealTime System. We're here to help you make your web site
successful for your business. If you are not satisfied with our service or the
RealTime System, you are never obligated to stay with us. So far, we have not
encountered such a situation! |

Can I keep my current
web site hosting company? |
|
Yes. The RealTime System
is designed as a plug-in to your web site. We do require that the RealTime programs
reside on our server, but you are welcome to keep your web site with your current hosting
company. Should you be interested in hosting your web site with us, we offer a
number of services. |

Can I use one RealTime
package for more than one web site? |
|
Yes. For example; if you
wish to market a product on both a wholesale web site and a retail web site, we can design
a RealTime package that accommodates both situations. |

What do I need to have
in order to operate RealTime? |

In order to operate the RealTime
System, you will need a computer and access to the Internet. If you wish to include
pictures in your listings, you will also need either a digital camera or a scanner.
We provide you with all the software needed in the RealTime package. |

How can RealTime help

The RealTime System will allow
you to display your inventory of products, services, listings, etc. on your web site.
The RealTime System gives you the power to add, edit or delete these listings in
real time, which keeps your web site up-to-date, and therefore a more prosperous tool for

How do I access my
listings on my web site to add, change or delete them? |
|
A company section is set up on
your web site that is password protected. Only those with the password will be
allowed to enter this section of your web site. From there, you will have a choice
of forms to use, depending on what changes you are making to your web site. Complete
instructions are included in the RealTime System user's manual. |

How do I get my
pictures to my computer? |
|
You will need a digital camera
or a scanner in order to get your pictures onto your computer. We provide you with a
graphics program, which allows you to enhance the picture quality before uploading them to
the Internet. |

How do I delete
pictures once I’ve deleted my listing from my web site? |
|
Pictures can be deleted simply
with the FTP (file transfer protocol) program included in the RealTime package. Just
as you upload them to the Internet, you can remove them from the Internet. It is
important to remove unwanted pictures from the Internet to prevent using up server space.
Tip: Keeping a copy of the deleted pictures on your computer makes is simple to
upload them to the Internet again in the future if needed. |

How much do I need to
know about computers and the Internet to operate RealTime? |

The only thing you need to know
is how to get onto the Internet and how to fill out a form! We provide you with the
instruction needed to operate this simple, yet powerful system. |

Do I need Internet
access to operate RealTime? |
|
Yes. You will need to
access your web site on the Internet in order to fill out the forms which will add, delete
or edit listings from your web site. |
|
Can I add other
features to my listings, apart from the features already provided? |
|
Yes. For example, the
RealTime Realty version is compatible with iPix panoramic virtual tours. For agents
who purchase these panoramic virtual tours for their listings, they may add them to their
listings in the RealTime section of their web site. Their web site viewers will be
able to access iPix right from the agent's web site. If you have certain operations
or attachments which accompany your listings, ask us how we can incorporate them into your
RealTime package. |
